A bug has been fixed where activity emails would sometimes not be sent.

A bug is fixed where in some situations an appointment would not be correctly saved.

Appointment emails: we kept ‘cancelled' as a prefix, but made ‘updated’ a postfix. We removed the capitalisation and put 'updated' in parentheses.
