Multiple User Lists per Branding Style: If you have the multiple branding option enabled, you can now associate multiple member lists with each branding style, making it seamless to select the appropriate logo and design for each member. (Ask your account manager for more information if you want to enable the multiple branding option)

What's new
You now have the option to integrate your Viadesk platform as an app inside the Microsoft Teams application! Having Viadesk within Teams means all your essential tools and information are in one place, reducing the need to switch between different applications. We are currently launching the beta for this integration. To access Viadesk inside the Teams app, you need Microsoft SSO. Excited about this option? Just ask your account manager for details and setup.
If you delete an appointment, you can now explain the reason for the cancellation in the email. This way it is clear for everyone why exactly the appointment is cancelled.
In Events, you can now turn off the Sign Out option for participants after the registration deadline. This prevents last-minute cancellations.
You can now make your platform findable on the web (in technical terms: by allowing robots.txt). This is a great option for communities. This feature is off by default.

Pages now show a yellow icon in the group menu when permissions are adjusted, like the folder icons.
You can now filter the timeline on Status updates.
The Mobile App's print function now shows an option to select portrait or landscape printing.

Event Registration Notifications: Organizers can now opt to receive an email notification when a member registers for an event.
Expanded Events Widget: The Events widget now displays up to 200 events, up from the previous limit of 30.

Advanced search improvements:Searching just got easier! Now, you can use partial keywords in fields like Organization and Function to find what you need faster.
Organization customization: You can now set up predefined organizations in user profiles, while members can still add their own organization names.
Group duplication: You can now easily create a copy of an entire group and its contents via Group Management > Duplicate Group. In addition, the Group Templates feature should feel much more robust.
Accessibility WCAG 2.2 improvements:We're committed to inclusivity. For example, UI elements now meet WCAG 2.2 minimum size standards (24px × 24px), ensuring a more user-friendly experience for everyone.

WCAG2.2: In the Accessibility mode, the top menu now scrolls along with the page, rather than stay on top in the browser window. This ensures focused elements are always visible. Additionally, various other accessibility enhancements have been implemented.
On domains where members are restricted from changing their email addresses, user profiles now indicate that only Webmasters have this privilege.

Add appointments to your Outlook or other calendar applications by utilizing the new “Download to your calendar” option from the Actions menu. This will download an .ICS file that can be opened in your calendar app of choice.
The Calendar tooltip (on the desktop) now conveniently shows the Start and End times of appointments.
The Calendar List view now shows appointments for the entire month instead of one week.
Deep linking to specific views and periods in the calendar is available again.
The Events widget can now be displayed in the accent color of the platform.
Also bug has been fixed where in some cases, the Events widget would not show all events.
If you receive a calendar invitation that has an attachment to it, it's now more clearly mentioned in the body text of that invitation.

Mentions
There is now a new option "Members can use @groupname to mention all members in that group" under Setup > Groups > Settings. This specifies if this behaviour is allowed or not on a platform. 💡Important: This option is switched on by default, and when switched on, you can now send a mention to large groups (>200 members). This was not possible in the past. If you don’t want members to mention large groups, turn off this checkbox.
New Translation option
Viadesk now offers a translation option when reading News articles or Pages. A link will be present to translate the contents into the language that the member uses. if you are interested in this option, please contact Support or your account manager.
New Content Reporting Option
Viadesk now allows members to report illegal or explicit content in items from the Actions menu. Webmasters will then receive an email in which the member explains the reason for the report. They can then decide whether to take action.
Shortcut widget
The Shortcuts widget now allows you to specify whether each link should open in the same tab or a new one.
A bug is fixed in the Shortcuts widget, where sometimes URLs with more than one dash would be rejected
Events
Fixed a bug where Event participants would sometimes not be shown in alphabetical order.
Events: The counting of external attendees in the Calendar tooltips of events has been improved
